Can’t thank Jane from Home Scope enough. Jane took over as property manager while our bond was in the process of being disputed by previous agent. Jane did in a day what the other agency couldn’t do in 3 weeks and sorted our bond out with a fair outcome for all parties involved. Customer service the way it used to be done. Home scope doesn’t just treat you like another number. Our dealings with Jane and Declan exceeded expectations of a real estate in this day and age. We moved into our rental and were beyond surprised when given a welcome pack filled with useful basic essentials. Home Scope took the time to fill out the ingoing condition report with care, really getting to know the properties they are leasing and the people they are leasing them too. Highly recommend.
